In brief: One of the most popular and exciting deep dive sites in this area. Relatively flat reef with gradual slop from 15 to 40m (50-130ft), covered with corals and big barrel sponges.
Depth/ Time: 55-100ft/ 16-30m
Currents: Medium to strong, South to north
Life: Astounding number of hawksbill turtles and big fish from barracuda to jacks, cubera snappers, stingrays, green and spotted morays, bull sharks depending on season.
Dive: Start at southern end, drift with current, maintain depth. Manage to stay at 18m (60ft) towards end of the dive to possibly encounter a group of huge tarpons during summer.
